Warranty
2 Year's Warranty:
1) If any defect is found then customer must inform the company through our customer support, allow the company or authorized agent to get adequate opportunity to Inspect test and correct it.
2) The Company Obligation under This warranty Shall Be Limited to Repairing or Provided Replacement of Part Which Are Found Defective. Visiting Charges are Rs.400 for Every Visit after installation.
3) This Warranty is confined to the First Buyer of The Product Only and Is Non-Transferrable.
4) The Consumable parts Including the Pre-Sediment Filter, Pre-Carbon Filter, RO Membrane, Flow Restrictor, Mineral Cartridges, Copper Cartridges and Alkaline Cartridges Filter Are Not Covered Under Warranty.
5) All Electronic parts except UV Light Are Covered Under Warranty for Two Years from the date of Invoice.
6) Under No Circumstances the Liability of Aqua Active Purifiers or Its ASP shall exceed The Value of Product.
7) Installation Will Be provided by company within 24-48 hours After receiving installation request on our Customer Support 9136-288-944.
8) If Customer Install Purifier on his own Or from 3rd Party installer, Customer must inform company to claim Warranty under such Circumstances.
9) Installation and Service is Available All over India IN Major cities and installation CHARGES are Rs.499. If customer location is far from the authorized service personnel extra conveyance charges to be borne by customer. If Customer Order Purifier in Small City or Villages Then No Installation and Service Available On Rural Areas.
10)The court at Delhi alone shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try and entertain any dispute.
11) Warranty would be void if customer won't do minimum two services in a year.
